The C|EH program certifies individuals in the specific security discipline of ethical hacking from a vendor neutral perspective. Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
Michael has been awarded the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII). The CBCP program certifies an individual’s knowledge and experience in business continuity management (Risk Evaluation and Control, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Strategies, Emergency Response and Operations, Awareness and Training, Business Continuity Plan Exercise, Audit and Maintenance, Crisis Communications and Coordination with External Agencies).
Certified Scrum Master
Scrum is an iterative and incremental Agile software development methodology for managing software development projects. Certified ScrumMasters® help project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project’s overall success. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications. They provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project manager. CSMs act as “servant leaders,” helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework.
ITIL
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of practices for IT service management (ITSM) that focus upon the alignment of IT services with the needs of business. The ITIL foundations certifies an individual’s knowledge and understanding of all key ITIL concepts, terminology and processes.
